When you buy your parts here on Babboonface.com.au, you’re automatically eligible for our Buyer Protection. Our return policy are:

Part must be returned within 30 days after you receive it.
Buyer to pay for return shipping.
Buyer must return the parts in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them.

Refund laws in Australia allows you the legal right to obtain a refund from us if the parts you purchased is faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match the product description.

Please Note: Just make sure you have the correct OEM part number, and the part will work. If you’re unsure of the OEM part number you need, just check our page Not sure what part to buy?, and our Babboonface Parts Expert will happily help you!

1 . Items must be returned within 48 Hours of a warranty claim to be eligible for warranty.

2. UPON RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED ITEM, ONE OF THE FOLLOWING WILL HAPPEN:

Refunds - A refund of the original purchase price will be made.
Exchange - Another part will be sent.
Repair - The part will be examined to rectify the claim against the item and if deemed faulty it will be repaired.
Charge - The part will be examined to rectify the claim against the item and if deemed the faulty is caused by the customer.

There will be a min $220.00 + GST inspection fee the customer will be required to pay for the inspection.
All Further repair costs will be quoted to the customer for further repair for the customer to accept or refuse.

3. Products going back to vendor for warranty evaluation may have extended lead times.

4. For all non-warranty returns follow instructions.

Returns over 30 days will have a 25% restocking fee. Parts must be in original packaging and in new condition.
Parts will not be accepted for return if they have been installed or not in new condition. No returns after 90 days.
